***Price Reduced to $3500 USD plus S&H***
Beautiful circa 1845 Biedermeier Vienna regulator in Mahogany wood case. This Vienna regulator is of classic design and proportions with a beautifully detailed crown and tail. The 60 hour running single train movement is weight driven and provided with a dead beat escapement. The very rare 3" diameter miniature porcelain dial has fine Roman numerals, delicate blued steel hands and brass bezel. The pendulum is suspended by a silk thread and the brass cased weight is supported by a most attractive pulley. This is a most rare and collectible antique Vienna regulator as very few of the "sub-miniature" Biedermeier style Vienna regulators were ever made.

This last picture shows how small this clock is as compared to a "standard" sized Vienna regulator.
The clock is approximately 20" long . It is just under 6" wide at it's widest. The dial is only 3" in diameter! The case has banding wood around the windows and other areas of the clock. The banding wood is often referred to "satin banding".
This clock is really terrific "Sub-Miniature" Vienna regulator , it is in running condition. This clock would be a wonderful addition to your collection.
