Item #J010: ATTRACTIVE SINGLE WEIGHT SERPENTINE VIENNA REGULATOR

This is an interesting, early (1860-70) rather unusually shaped Serpentine one-weight vienna regulator with a signed dial. As you can see from the photos there are two initials and a last name, which could be "Rojanel" with a town on the next line, which is "Budweis," apparently where the famous beer originated. For a collector, this might be more interesting than the typical "Wien" (Vienna) place name.

Still, there is much to admire here, starting and ending with style and antiquity.
